27 Sep 09 Archos shows off new Phone Tablet

After dabbling with convergence devices for a few years now, it was only a matter of time before Archos released their own mobile phone. Archos showed off their new “phone tablet” to some members of the press recently, with a full unveiling coming at CES 2010. It’s a 3.5G phone running on Android, with a 4.3″ touchscreen display (854 x 480 resolution), and a 1GHZ ARM Cortex processor. You can see footage from the small keynote event below:
